Light on your ADD/ADHD (Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder).
We offer an alternative view on adult treatment ADHD.
The mission of this website is to bring (back) joy and fun in your life.
It is dedicated to adults with ADHD: a platform for positive input and support.
Another look or view on the disorder can bring another life!
It is success-focused, stimulates a new way of thinking. You will be introduced to a philosophy of your own inner consciousness. Moreover, you will discover a different attitude about life, work and other people.
Light-on-ADHD is a publishing website, a portal for success. You can find resources from authorities in a wide range, which help you to make an advantage of your so called ‘disorder’.
You see many publications: articles, e-books, reviews, software, referrals and so on, to other useful, relevant websites.
One part descends from my own hand. In 1998, ADHD is diagnosed on my person.
I became Life- and ADHD-coach in 2004.
In this way, I can realize my personal mission: “Helping myself and other people to achieve their goals, in relation to their context, and finding ways and strategies to realize these goals.”
However, others make the majority of the resources you find here, these are carefully selected and approved by me personally.
“What’s in it for my visitor” is my continuous question. Most of the offers are free to take. No catch, my philosophy is: give much more in use value than take in money-value.
If you look around you will find very valuable content, which will work for you, under one condition: if you work with it.
