The First element of my IFA-formula: Intention
The first condition for an ideal is to have a clear: Idea, Image, and/or Intention. All the thinkers and writers in the area of mind exploration emphasize this first step. One has to know what one wants, ‘see’ it as if it is already reality. This ‘seeing’ is in the first beginning in the mind, of course. Anyway, this step is of vital importance. It happens often, that we cannot see our objective clearly. What helps me then is to look at what I do not want. From that point of view it's easier to come to the opposite. The positive aspect of the matter. However, the ideal of what a man wants is fitted in a mold. This mold is idea, image, or intention. I will clarify my meaning of these words. Idea An expression of the faculty of our thinking. In this context, we can also use the term thought. When we think about what we want and in which conditions, then is the start for realizing made. Image A faculty of our inner to see things in our mind. Unless they are not present in the real world. This is also called: visualization. Intentions A faculty of our will. This is apart from our thinking and visualizing.
In my simple IFA formula:
Idea +, Focus, Action includes the basis condition. A man must have an idea, image, or clear-intention of what he wants. If this does not exist, we can forget it. However, it is not as difficult as it seems. To have an ideal is not only simple but also natural. Living in the ideal is as simple as entering for the mind to have it. Simple does not mean easy, here. This is why we see so much different demand in the area of personal development. It is my purpose and idea to clarify and simplify this – often vague and hard to fathom – theme. This is step one, now we go to step two: focus. |
